Shipping Policy

Serviceable Locations

- We currently ship to most locations within India.

- International orders may be accepted to selected countries; additional charges, customs duties and restrictions may apply and will be informed at checkout or by our customer care team.

Order Processing Time

- Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation and successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

- During peak seasons or sale events, dispatch time may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

- Standard delivery time within India is approximately 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

- Remote areas may require additional time and may attract a remote area surcharge, which will be informed before shipping.

Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.

- For remote or special locations, additional charges may apply. If you do not agree to the surcharge, your order may be cancelled and any amount paid for the product will be refunded (shipping charges, if already incurred, may not be refundable).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking ID / link via SMS, email or WhatsApp so you can track the shipment.

Damage During Transit

- If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.

- If you notice product damage after opening the parcel, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.
